Bryan is an experienced private Company financial and operational executive. He currently provides Strategic, Financial and Operational Consulting to privately owned businesses and their investors. He also serves on the District Export Council for the State of Arizona. The DEC contributes leadership and international trade expertise to complement the U.S. Commercial Service’s export promotion efforts through counseling businesses on the exporting process and conducting trade education and community outreach.

Bryan served as Chief Financial Officer for Motor Excellence, LLC, (2009 – 2012) a development stage R&D Company focused on high efficiency electric motors and generators.  Bryan was Chief Financial Officer at Barrett-Jackson Auction Company (2007 – 2009), managing the financial operations for the world’s premier collector car auction company. He assisted in the completion of a significant private equity investment and liquidity event for the family of the Company’s founders.

Bryan’s experiences range from “Big 4″ public accounting to private-equity investment management, and consulting, resulting in over 22 years of progressive leadership in corporate finance and development.

Bryan founded Physicians Respiratory, LLC in 2001, a home respiratory care company assisting physicians with early intervention and treatment of patients with chronic respiratory illnesses. Bryan sold Physicians Respiratory in 2004 to Apria Healthcare, a publicly-traded, national provider of home healthcare services.

He experienced success in capital formation, business planning and hands-on management of rapidly growing companies as the financial point person for 5 years at Dallas-based venture investment firm Stone Investments, Inc. There, his responsibilities included portfolio management and oversight, business development, due diligence and deal term negotiation.

Bryan was the Director of Finance for 3 years at Direct Alliance Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Insight Enterprises, a Fortune 500 Company.  Direct Alliance Corp. operated outsourcing businesses for major manufacturers in the personal computer industry including IBM and Samsung. Bryan became the Director of Strategic Planning and was assigned the responsibility of developing the parent Company’s formally documented strategic plan as a public company.

Bryan’s financial career began in 1988 at the “Big 4″ accounting firm Deloitte & Touche, where he served as an auditor and consultant. His work with the firm included posts in Los Angeles, Ca., Paris, France, & Tucson, AZ.
